Roofing SEO services, itemised
One service, six parts, nothing hidden: profile, pages, local signals, technical fixes, reviews and reporting. This page lists what each part involves and why it earns its keep — so you can compare us against any other quote line by line.
The service, part by part
What you're paying for each month
| Part | What we actually do | Why it matters for roofers |
|---|---|---|
| Google Business Profile | Primary and secondary categories, service list, service areas, photos of finished roofs, posts, and reply-to-every-review. | The Map Pack takes most emergency and repair calls. This is the Map Pack lever. |
| Service pages | A written-from-interview page per job type — repairs, re-roofs, flat roofs, fascias, storm damage — with tap-to-call and real photos. | “Flat roof repair [town]” can't rank on a homepage that says “all roofing work”. |
| Local signals | Consistent name/address/phone across directories, area pages where genuinely justified, and links from local sources. | Google cross-checks you. Inconsistency quietly caps your map position. |
| Technical work | Speed, mobile layout, crawlability, schema markup, indexing checks — fixed, then monitored. | A storm-damage caller gives a slow site about three seconds. |
| Reviews | A same-day ask flow (text or WhatsApp with a direct link) your team will actually use, plus human replies. | Count, recency and replies move rankings — and win the comparison glance. |
| Reporting | A monthly note in sentences: what moved, what didn't, what's next. Calls and enquiries, not just positions. | You should never need a dashboard tutorial to know if this is working. |
Order of work
The first ninety days
- Weeks 1–2: audit and profile. We fix the Google Business Profile first because it moves fastest, and we benchmark exactly where you rank for every job type you care about — the honest starting line.
- Weeks 3–6: the money pages. Emergency repair and re-roof pages first (highest urgency, highest value), then the rest of your services in demand order. Each goes live as it's ready.
- Weeks 7–12: signals and reviews. Citations cleaned, review flow running, technical fixes verified in Search Console. By now the Map Pack should be moving; we report against the week-1 benchmark, not vague promises.
After ninety days you'll have the benchmark, the movement, and our written view on what the next quarter is worth. If the honest answer is “hold steady on less budget”, that's what the report will say.
Questions roofers actually ask
Service questions, answered
What's included in your roofing SEO service?
Everything on this page: keyword research for your patch, Google Business Profile work, a page per service, review and citation building, technical fixes and monthly plain-English reporting. One service, done fully — we don't sell a stripped-down tier that can't work.
Do you write the pages or do I?
We write them, from a phone interview about how you actually work — what you check first on a leak call-out, how you price a re-roof. That detail is what makes a page rank and convert, and no content mill has it.
Will you work on my existing website?
If it's technically sound and converts on mobile, yes — most of the value is in the pages and the profile, not a rebuild. If the site genuinely holds you back we'll show you why and quote a rebuild separately. We never rebuild for the sake of it.
Do you handle Google Ads too?
Through the wider team, yes — ads on emergency and storm-damage terms are often the right bridge while SEO builds. We'll tell you if that fits your patch. The SEO service itself is what's on this page; see pricing.
Which roofing services can you build pages for?
Roof repairs, re-roofing, flat roofs (EPDM, GRP, felt), fascias and soffits, guttering, chimney work, storm damage, moss removal, commercial roofing — whatever's on your books. We prioritise by search demand in your town and the margin on the job.
